Digital Media supported:

SD/SDHC, CompactFlash, SmartMedia, MMC, Memory Stick, XD Cards, Microdrive, PCMCIA, Video CD, and DVD. RescuePRO™ is not designed to recover data from hard drives - please look at our FILERECOVERY® Professional software.

System Requirements:

* System running Windows 2000/XP/Vista
* Will run on VISTA only if you are logged in as Administrator
* System running MAC OSX 10.3 or higher
* Minimum of 64 MB RAM
* Minimum of free hard disk space as large as the media you wish to recover
* You may also need a card reader for your media if the camera is not supported as a removable disk device
* Works with most brands of digital devices. (Note some digital devices clear the files upon delete/format, and the data cannot be recovered. Please run the demo to insure compatibility with your device.)

RescuePRO™ is available in a single machine license for end users, or a professional license for use in a photo lab or business.

NOTE: To preserve the drive with the deleted files, all recovered files must be saved to another storage device or another drive letter in the system. DO NOT  download the software to the drive that you want to recover.
